Well, we're not accepting the offer. It's not as horrible as the other offer, but we are unsure of the stability of the buyer. We were afraid the contract would end up being broken later on. Soooo, please keep praying for a buyer :)

oh that is frustrating. I am sure that the right buyer is out there (I will just be praying that they realize it soon!!)
